Delivery & Returns
Delivery Information - All parcels are sent via Royal Mail 1st, 2nd Class Post or Standard Parcel or by courier. You will be informed when the delivery is sent. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone +441403782278 for deliveries overseas
Average time frame for delivery:
Stock items - 3-5 working days
Portraits - normally 10 working days from receipt of order.
During busy times of the year i.e. Christmas this could be longer
but Angie will contact you to let you know when your portrait will be delivered.

Returns - We hope you will be happy with your Ajp Creations purchase but should you wish
to return your item please send notification within 5 working days via email
to email@example.com or telephone 01403782278 and return the item in
a re-saleable condition within 7 working days.
Please include your name address and method of payment.
(We recommend that you use Recorded or Special Delivery postage for returns.)
Refunds cannot be given for the cost of posting returned items
Faulty items - must be reported within 2 working days of receipt, failure to do this will result in a strict refusal of returned items.
Commissioned items - that are made to your specifications are not eligible for a full refund, this is

A full refund will be given for damaged or faulty items, or if required a replacement sent.
Full refund of delivery and return postage will be refunded for the damaged item.
Damaged items may need to be returned to us for further examination, postage charges
will be credited.

Cancellation Policy - For any stock item, cancellation must be made within 2 working days
of order placement and full refund will be given dependant upon original method of payment.
For any commissioned items, once work has commenced a 50% cancellation charge is applicable.
Payment methods - Preferred payment method is via Paypal, a trusted online secure payment site.
Please note that this is a secure method of payment and no information is passed to this site other than confirmation of receipt of your payment.
If you do not have a paypal account simply choose the 'Don't have a Paypal Account' option
Paypal payments can be made via the online shop or by telephone.
