Faulty items must be reported within 2 working days of receipt, failure to do this will result in a strict refusal of returned items.
An image of the faulty item and packaging will be required, this provides evidence for Ajp Creations to claim against Royal Mail.
A full refund will be given for damaged or faulty items or if required a replacement sent. Postage will be refunded for the damaged item.
Damaged items may need to be returned to us for further examination, postage charges will be credited.
